Smaller than a removal, larger than a car. The scale changes; the wrapping, the crew of two and the planning do not.

Two people, always
On anything with furniture in it. One person and a wardrobe on a staircase is how door frames, banisters and backs get damaged, and no saving is worth any of those.
What you are buying is a crew and a vehicle, not a vehicle with somebody sitting in it. If you would rather do the carrying, hiring a van is cheaper and we will say so.
Collections, and what we need
The address, any lot or invoice reference, the window the seller has given you, and a straight description of the item.
That last one matters more than it sounds. A mahogany chest, a marble washstand and a cast-iron bath are all "one item" and each wants different padding, a different lift and sometimes a different number of people.
Where the line sits
At roughly two rooms of furniture. Beyond that a man-and-van booking becomes several trips and a long day, and a full removal is quicker and usually cheaper. We will tell you which side you are on when you describe the load.
How far
Anywhere in HA5 and the neighbouring postcodes for short work, and across the country for single items — the Chilterns, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and further where the journey makes sense.

Do you do collections?
Regularly — furniture bought at auction or from a dealer, a piece coming back from restoration, a marketplace purchase in another county. Send the address, the reference and the seller's window.
Can you deliver outside London?
Single items and part-loads travel anywhere. The Chilterns, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties are routine; further afield is a question of the journey.
Is the handling the same as a full move?
Identical — blankets, corner protection, straps. Only the quantity changes.
