Five rules, one method
No founding story, no claim about years in the trade. What is worth judging a removals firm on is what it decides before the day, who turns up, and what it declines to take on.
Measure before quoting
Doorways, staircase turns, drive surfaces and standing. A quote written without them is a number, not a plan.
Write the plan down
Crew, vehicle, start time, loading order, permits, shuttles and contingency. You should be able to compare it against any other firm's.
One crew throughout
The people who pack are the people who deliver, including at the far end of a long move. No handovers.
Plan for the chain moving
Because it does. What notice a change needs and how storage bridges the gap is agreed before it is needed.
Refer what we should
Clearance, pianos, safes, and local-only work in Harrow, Northwood and Ruislip. Somebody else does those better.
Why the method matters in HA5
Pinner has a village centre a lorry cannot easily serve, larger houses whose volume is mostly outside the bedrooms, mansion blocks with booked lifts, and a Metropolitan-line rhythm that makes some roads unworkable at certain hours.
Every one of those is knowable in advance. A firm that discovers them on the day is not being unlucky; it simply did not look.
